Mr. Jimmy Wales was pre occupied at Wikipedia, function at U.K. and could not attend. Instead, Mr. Barry Newstead, Chief Glabal development Officer, Wikimedia Foundation, Australia attended the function as the Chief guest. After the Cake cutting ceremony, he spoke on the perspective of the wikipedia, in its overwhelming popularity in countries like India & elsewhere.
